Great area in iowa city, good sized room with closet and a bathroom right outside the door. Decent sized kitchen with two other rooms and a living room. Really great price for iowa city aswell. The apartment is a 3 bed 2 bath with two showers, along with paid parking spots which are available in a que.

I (marcus) am currently studying at kirkwood community college. There will also be a third room mate (jacob) who is studying at iowa. We both are super laid back, like to go to the gym, and are pretty locked in on our goals. We like to go out and have fun but also like our space so we really can match any vibe. We are both really easy going along with willing to meet new people.
