Room comes unfurnished. Has a closet. Shared bathroom with two others. Shared living room and kitchen. There is off street parking but only one spot per unit so it’s up to you and my girlfriend who parks there. Laundry unit is included. Newly renovated apt. Me and my girlfriend have been here for a year so it is a lived in home with furniture.

Me(full time arborist) and my girlfriend(art student) are in the other room. Both 20. We have a mall chihuahua named Chaco. We try to stay relatively clean and neat. We are quiet and relaxed during the evenings. My girlfriend loves to cook. I keep to myself mostly in my free times with my games but we’ll never say no to outings.
