• PG&E and high-speed internet shared. we are on solar so costs are very low, we may receive a small bill that will be split between roommates.

Terms:

• Deposit = $500.00
• Rent-month to month
• Checking proof of income and minor back ground check

House Rules:

• Single preferred, but will consider a couple but rent is increased to $1,400.00 per month
• Smoking outside
• Pets ok but large dogs over 40 pounds need $100 dep (must clean up dog poop)
• Cleanliness in shared spaces must be maintained
