The property is a family home where only my son and I live; the area is very quiet and safe. The only additional cost is the water bill, which comes every three months and is split three ways. You are welcome to use the kitchen as you please, provided you always leave everything clean and tidy, just as you found it. You should be someone who is employed; you will have a family-like living experience.

Our housemate must be a serious and reliable person; a background check is required. She should be employed, though she does not need to be out of the house all day; she should lead a normal life. Drug use is not permitted.
