Great neighborhood in an older generation area, with a few younger neighbors, one of which is a police officer who is right across the street on the corner lot. Big fenced yard that is professionally cut once a week, as well as pet waste removal also professionally removed by a company once a week. I do have three dogs that are extremely friendly, a Husky named Possum (10), a Pomsky named Penguin (20 months old), and a Black Mouth Cur Sammy (6-7 years old). Rent is negotiable if you are willing to help keep the house clean, mostly dusting and sweeping, that’s essentially why I’m looking for a roommate. My house isn’t filthy or disgusting but it definitely needs constant sweeping and dusting, as well as the bathroom, mostly hard water that makes the tile pinkish. Small house with hardly any extra space, mostly looking for a roommate who just wants a room to furnish, have a spacious couch (that needs occasional vacuuming, Husky hair), I have a nice Dyson vacuum with an attachment that makes short work of it just the constant bending over makes it hard on my back. A nice TV and a really good surround sound system that makes movie night a blast, air purifier in the living room with HEPA filter, charcoal filter, as well as pet filters to help reduce pet smells and dander (filters replaced every 3 months). Nice covered side patio for relaxing, on street parking is plenty as I use the garage to load and unload the dogs when we go to the dog park, and need the driveway open to come and go as needed. Newer washer in the basement, old previous owner dryer that works well besides the moisture sensor which does not seem to work and won’t turn off even after your clothes are dried. Basement can hold a lot of storage, it also has a bathroom that is extremely small and I’ve never used. Room will be cleared out hopefully with help if you can, before you move in, utilities will only be what you add, obviously another person will add extra water charges, etc… (I’ll show the current bills and whatever is added is what is due). I prefer month to month starting out and if it’s a good fit then maybe extend longer or just keep it month to month whatever you prefer.

I’m Alexander and I have a really bad back from the military, hence why I’m looking for someone to help keep the house cleaner then it is in exchange for a deep discount in rent. I keep to myself mostly in the living room, as I’m retired and an introvert, all areas are common areas and I hope to hang out and watch movies or streaming service (I love Mel Brooks movies, dumb comedy, action films, animation films like Disney, Pixar, etc…) or I do have a roof mounted antenna as well as LG internet channels. My dogs will try and cuddle with you on the couch, especially my younger dog Penguin who is an absolute love bug and just wants to be petted. I’m pretty laid back I don’t party (and would prefer you don’t either at least at the house), I smoke outside on the patio, don’t care if you smoke 420 inside. Have any questions just feel to ask in the get to know you phase of messaging on here, or when we meet up in public (coffee, lunch, or a meetup at the dog park so you can get to know my dogs as well). I hate asking for help, due to my military background, but I really would love to find someone to help take care of my house (I’ve lived with people who’s house was a lot more disgusting then mine, so I don’t believe it’s that dirty but we can discuss it and the rent price if we make it to the come over and look at the room phase).
