I am the owner, and you will be the only other occupant. The home has a pool and hot tub. There is driveway parking (no garage parking). I do travel to CA a few times a month, so you will often have the entire home to yourself. All utilities are included except electric.

I am a professional in my late 40’s. I am a quiet individual who rarely has visitors. I am looking for someone similar. If you are a partier or someone who often needs to have multiple friends or family over for visits, this likely will not be the best match. You must be a non-smoker and non-drug user.
