Looking for a third roommate.
Hi everyone. My roommate and I are looking for a third person to share a beautiful house with us, moving in this month.
A bit about the place. It is a clean and bright home in great shape. The first floor has a living room, a dining area, and a full kitchen. The second floor has two bedrooms, one of which would be yours. The attic is a third bedroom where my roommate Yash stays, and I will be in the other second floor bedroom.
The house comes with a washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. It is not furnished, so you would bring your own bed and furniture for your room. Everything else is ready to go.

About us. Yash and I are both University of Rochester graduates and we both work at URMC. We do not smoke and we do not drink. We are easy going, clean, respectful, and cooperative, and we just want a calm and friendly home.

On a side note… I do deal with sleep anxiety having someone in room honestly helps and the rent can be negotiable if someone is ok with it. Thank you for your time.
About us we are very friendly and caring roommates who are looking for a long term roomate.. short term too is ok based on your timeline. On the side note I do suffer from sleep anxiety.. having a person in the same room while sleeping really do helps a lot. I’m very respectful about other space.. won’t bother or disturb anyone.
