My roommates and I rent a 4 bedroom house in Upper Del Monte Heights in Seaside. we are all college students who all additionally have jobs in the area. I will be out of the state for this time period and am looking to sublet my fully furnished room. The room is a decently sized private room with a lock on the door. Both the bed and the nightstand are available for visitor use and I am able to get things like a laundry basket and any other possibly necessary items before someone would move in for the time! Tenant will also have access to a fully empty closet with hangers provided, the other closet will be off limits as it will be used for storage (would need someone to be okay with this). The house has a decently sized kitchen and an attached sunroom in which my desk is also set up (tenant may use this as a designated workspace–it can also be moved to be positioned in the room if that would make them more comfortable to do work in. There is also a washer and dryer which the tenant will have access to, cost for utilities is included in the cost of the rental per month. Rent is slightly negotiable depending on reason for needing it lower.

My roommates and I are also best friends. We enjoy cooking meals together and often enjoy hanging out in nature as well. We have two cats who are both very sweet and love attention. Cats are not regularly in the room that is being rented so limited risk of allergy risk in the room. We have busy work, school, and personal lives so are very on the go.
