I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a private bedroom in a shared 2bd/2bth apartment in South Scottsdale, 7min from Old Town and 13min from ASU. The lease runs through mid-January (so 6 months remaining), making it a great option for someone looking for a shorter-term lease.

You’ll be living with one roommate, an LGBTQ+ 25-year-old male who is friendly, respectful, and easy to live with. He does own a sweet 2-year old cat. The apartment offers a comfortable, laid-back environment and is LGBTQ+ friendly.

Rent & Utilities Rent: $920/month Utilities: Typically around $150/month

Important Information Lease takeover through mid-January 2027, 6-months left on the lease with the option to extend it. Applicant must qualify and be approved by the apartment complex before moving in. Move-in date can be discussed! The current photos were taken while I’m in the process of moving out, so the bedroom is a bit cluttered. The room will be completely cleared out and move-in ready before you move in.

Looking for someone responsible, respectful, and able to meet the apartment complex’s approval requirements. LGBTQ+ friendly applicants are preferred.

You’ll be living with my roommate, Anthony. He’s a 25-yr old ASU student studying Fashion Design. He’s LGBT+, outgoing, clean, friendly, and has a grey cat named Mina. He spends most of his time either working or sewing in his bedroom.
