Furnished 1-bedroom with a private bathroom and a walk-in closet in a quiet, respectful home. Furniture can be removed if you’re planning a longer-term stay. Utilities are included in the rent.

The home has four adults: a mother and daughter (landladies) and a couple who rent another room. We’re friendly, kind, and value a peaceful living environment. We also have a small, quiet Chihuahua who’s very sweet.

The common areas include a spacious living room and kitchen. There are two refrigerators—you’ll share one with the couple.
