I have a room available in South Bend near Rum Village. Good neighborhood. The house has a very open feeling with nice high ceilings and a small fenced in backyard. Large basement and outside shed for storage. Lots of natural light. Washer and dryer in basement. Wood floors except for the bedrooms and bathroom. The bathroom is big.

I am 56 , I occasionally have company but not very often. I never have overnight guests except In early September when I have a friend that comes through for a few days every year. I have a very large and lazy cat. I am clean and quiet but love a good conversation or the occasional card or board game.
