We are a household occupied by four busy adults who work a lot and do a lot of school type stuff. There is one kitty who lives here. She loves dogs (extra 75/mo) but she doesn’t love other kitties (sorry). Two of our wonderful adults are moving on to their lives’ greener pastures, and we are inviting new persons to fill the rooms.

We’re diligent about taking the post down once the decision’s been made, so, please be advised that when you reply, if you do start by asking whether the room is still available, we will know you didn’t read this ( wink ) . That lowers our interest so, if you are thinking of being our housie, a great intro would be letting us know how / your quiet, responsible, sweet and clean self is looking to room with us in Presidio.

Need to know Presidio is a national park which means we follow numerous federal rules about the properties we inhabit here. Examples: no planting things in the ground; no to certain types of wall hangings. When you sign, you sign with Presidio for a year after your background check clears. We’re interested in signers who want long term or will do the fill-thing with us once moving on. This house has a newer washer dryer on site for tenant use only. The house’s vehicle allocation is filled, which means if you need to park something here there is an additional fee to consider.
