The Main Room: A multi-functional shared “great room” that includes a comfortable living space, a dining table that seats three, and a dedicated office desk area. The Backyard: A small, private, and cutesy backyard oasis filled with plants and a hammock. It’s peaceful and the perfect spot to read or decompress. The Kitchen & Bath: Funky 1920s vintage! Because it’s a classic home, the bathroom is on the smaller side and the kitchen doesn’t have modern amenities like a dishwasher—but it cute character. You will have kitchen cabinets completely cleared out for your own use, dedicated fridge space, and your own cabinet in the bathroom.

I work part time and when I’m home, I’m cleaning house, relaxing on the couch, working from home, practicing yoga, or singing in the kitchen 🙂 Single Occupancy Only: Looking for one person only to keep the home quiet and manageable. No Overnight Visitors: To respect privacy and keep shared spaces comfortable, this is a guest-free home. 100% Clean Living: Absolutely no drugs, no smoking/vaping of any kind, and no drinking inside the home.
