The room is in the right corner of the house, making it more private and secluded. The closet is generously sized with plenty of storage, including shelving and hanging space. Rent is $600 per month and includes utilities and high speed internet. There are no special house rules besides cleaning up after yourself and keeping the common areas clean, as you will have complete access to all the common areas, including the kitchen and living room. Use of washer & dryer. Smoking outside only. The neighborhood is friendly and convenient, with grocery stores, gas stations, major roadways, and everyday essentials just a short distance away. The room is available now and ready for immediate occupancy.
