I, the owner resides in the home I’m renting. There are no other renters I am a quiet individual and semi retired, but very active and busy, but I keep to myself. I have a large garden with fruit trees and vegetables and enjoy spending time working in the garden. I like to read as opposed to television, and entertainment is spending time in nature. I do have sensitivities to strong orders, so I ask that tge renter use unscented detergents, and avoid strong cologne, air fresheners or perfumes when they are in the house.
