We’re looking for a roommate to join us in our spacious apartment! The available room offers a beautiful view of the community pool, tennis court, and lake—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors while staying in.

The bathroom is shared and en-suite, conveniently located between two bedrooms. Brand new in-unit washer/dryer and a dishwasher—a huge plus for convenience and for the use of all residents. $150 Application fee with background check fee included are required in order to move in.
About the roomies
Currently there is only one lady living in the apartment, she is clean organized and works full times. She does not have any pets, we are however welcoming to cats for the most part.
