My property is 2.3 acres with small farm animals, 7 dogs 3 cats. 2 rooms are available for your use (both rooms have walk in closets) including 1 bathroom. No alcohol on the property please. Smoking outside is alright. There is a dining area and kitchen, which you are free to use. Both bedrooms are not furnished and I can provide a separate refrigerator for your own use. Access to the farm area is not permitted until my 2 big dogs get used to you, then you are free to roam the entire property. My house is almost at the end of a dead-end road. It’s very quiet here, unless my dogs are barking at something random. I do not require a down payment for move in, just your first months rent. All utilities are included. Internet is provided, at least when it works, lol. If you like to garden, there is space for you to do that as well. It’s approximately 20 minutes from I-5.

About the roomies

I am the only person living here, other than my animals. I’m very quiet and keep to myself. I’m very easy going. I work Monday through Friday. I’m up early and rest early for the most part. Weekends are my days to focus on my farm. I do not use alcohol or smoke. Absolutely no drugs.
