This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home combines historic character with modern updates and a comfortable, welcoming feel. The available room offers a comfortable private space with access to the rest of the home, including living room, a fully renovated kitchen, dining area, laundry room with washer/dryer, and backyard. The home features original restored hardwood floors, updated marble bathrooms, a cozy fireplace, and tons of historic charm while still offering modern conveniences including a newer tankless water heater, updated electrical/plumbing, newer AC, and newly installed ductwork. The home also has a security system for added peace of mind. The back room of the house has been converted into my private massage studio, so I’m looking for someone who is respectful of my business space and comfortable with occasional clients coming to the home during business hours. The studio is separate from the main living areas, and I value keeping the home peaceful, clean, and professional.
