About the room

BREA - $1100 Month-to-Month, Private bedroom and 1 shared bathroom.

I have one (1) furnished private bedroom and shared bathroom for rent in a 3bd/2ba condo new construction in Brea. Rent for the room is $1100 includes all utilities and AT&T internet. Deposit will be the same amount as 1st month’s rent (i.e. $1100 monthly rent + $1100 deposit = $2200 due upon move-in).

Available for move-in 7/20 or after
We are okay with co-ed (if you’re female and reading this).
Must be clean and willing to share restroom cleaning responsibilities (bi-weekly cleaning)
No pets allowed.
No parties and overnight guests allowed. Peaceful and quiet family oriented area.
No smoking/vaping due to building’s automatic sprinklers.
Less than 5 minutes to downtown Brea. Approximately 5 miles to CSU Fullerton, 10 miles to Chapman, 7.5 miles to Biola University
This unit is on the 3rd level and there is no elevator, must be comfortable walking up and down stairs.
Washer and Dryer in unit.
Kitchen and living room free to use, be mindful of the others, clean after yourself.
Parking is available on a first come first serve basis.
Job/income verification and background check may be made upon interest.
