Room is for one person only available on October 1st, great for active duty military and students but open to all working professionals! 20 minutes from Great Lakes naval base, 10 minutes from Gurnee mills mall, shopping center and restaurants, great America six flags. Walking distance to college of lake county. House is walking distance to lake which is great for kayaking, paddle board, fishing and swimming. Room can come unfurnished or furnished, you’ll have access to living room, kitchen and backyard. Access to all appliances, laundry is onsite. There are two cats that live here so please no more pets. Current roommate is active duty navy who will be leaving in September. There is currently one male and three females that live here. Parking IS available! Utilities, WiFi, is all included in the rent.
