This nicely furnished home is located minutes from the Tarpon Springs sponge docks. Walk / Bike to shopping and restaurants, and bus. Quiet and Safe neighborhood. All inclusive: Off street parking. high speed internet, grill, washer/ dryer, smart TV in room, A/C, electric, water, trash pick up. Share a nice modern bath with one like minded person. We all share the nicely equipped kitchen, living room, and outdoor areas.

We do a week to week tenancy and either party may cancel with 2 weeks notice. $585 to move in, which includes the first weeks payment of 195.00 and deposit. Rent is due weekly via cash, or PayPal. $195 per week, total.

Mix Of different people of all walks of life. The one thing they all have in common is they do not judge others and they have a great deal of respect. Oh yeah, they also pay on time which is a big plus. LOL
