Wood floors in bedrooms. Shared kitchen and bathroom. The house is a 5 bedroom, 2 bath with one tenant staying downstairs who has a service dog. The bathroom upstairs has a tub and shower, and accessibility can be added per needs of tenant, such as grab bar in shower and tenant may have wheelchair ramp installed. There is a big back yard that is fenced in. Lots of free street parking. Detached 1 car garage with room for storage. Central AC. Kitchen has filtered water from the sink. The basement is furnished with a tv, couch, and rugs with room for more furniture. Quiet neighborhood. More cupboards will be installed in the kitchen area for more storage prior to move in. To respect current tenants’ privacy, photos of their rooms will be added once they move out, but viewings (virtual or in person) can be arranged in advance.

The other roommate is a queer, disabled person with a service dog. They like to keep the house tidy due to severe allergies, and they are quiet and respectful. Cannabis friendly. Cigarettes can be smoked outside only.
