Hello! This is a really great space in Bankers Hill. Walking distance to many amenities, bars, restaurants and coffee shops. It’s on the second floor in the northwest corner with lots of great light and an en-suite bathroom with a tub. Laundry room is located on the same floor with full access. The room is part of a larger 3 bedroom historical house that has been largely updated with modern finishes. A gated parking spot is available in the garage as well.

You will have two other roomies, one of them is a restaurant owner (Male) for a prominent chain in San Diego and the other (Female) works from home most of the time but everyone keeps to themselves. In my time living here we haven’t interacted much because our schedules are so different.
