Hi! I’m actually looking to fill the space of two bedrooms in the current apartment I am in, the Palms. My two current roommates are looking to move closer to their jobs in Elk Grove so I’m trying to fill their rooms.
Looking for single occupancy and preferably female
Bedroom 1: is a master bedroom, with a walk-in closet and own bathroom with rent at $1075 (14.25x15.5 ft)
Smud, utilities, Internet will be split evenly. There is one designated parking spot for the entire apartment and plenty of guest parking.
Essentially, you’d be able to move in August 1 and it will be a roommate release for my other two roommates putting you on the lease for the last month and then renewing the lease starting September 1.
I do love cooking, but other than that, I do spend most of my time in my room. When I’m not home, I’m either at work or partaking in one of my many hobbies. I’m very outdoorsy and active and enjoy going to social events.
