I live in a 4000 square-foot house. It’s beautiful and it’s in a great location in Cherry Creek District. It’s on the border of Aurora and Centennial. I am renting the downstairs basement. It’s a fully finished basement, it has an office and it has a personal bedroom that fits a queen size with a small walk-in closet in 1.5 bath the downstairs also has a fireplace and a mini bar with the sink it’s very spacious and also has a tool shed and an extra closet for storage. There’s a sliding door balcony in an area where you can sit out. You can also use that sliding door as it’s private entryway and you can go around the house to get inside. * laundry will be shared and kitchen

I’m 34 years young, I work in education. I’m a preschool teacher. I work normal hours throughout the day, I have a 12-year-old daughter. I have a Doberman and a cat. I do enjoy having family and friends come or having gatherings from time to time.
