1 bedroom 1 bath, private kitchen, and private laundry. Basement with private entrance. Technically 2 bedrooms but one is more of a office in the main hallway you see in the pictures. 2 people live upstairs. Floor is creaky fair warning. 8 min from downtown, and 3 min from UCCS. 600 deposit all money returned as long as it is left clean and repaired. You will have your own key. NO PETS. You will have your own parking spot in the driveway in front of your entrance.
Completely separate from the rest of the house. With your own entrance
1350 includes wifi, trash, and all utilities.
All of us work full time and dont party but again the floor creaks so if youre a light sleeper probably not for you.
