Beautiful home in Windsor, just 10 minutes from SRJC, with a peaceful and creative atmosphere. The house features two furnished living room spaces, plus an additional open common area with room for extra furniture if you’d like to bring some of your own pieces.

The home includes a large kitchen with plenty of counter space, a gas stove, dishwasher, and ample storage. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included in rent.

Outside, there’s a pool, hot tub, BBQ area, and plenty of parking. The home is clean, comfortable, and intentionally maintained as a welcoming environment for artists, students, and creatives. There is lots of space for art projects, music, and creative expression while still respecting everyone’s need for downtime and personal space.

The house is fully furnished, though we can absolutely make room if you’d like to bring some furniture of your own.

Pets are welcome as long as they are friendly and able to coexist with cats. The home is 420-friendly, LGBTQ+ friendly, and we’re hoping to foster a respectful, communicative, and positive household vibe.

Hi! I’m a student at SRJC, an artist, and a DJ who works in event production. I’m respectful, easygoing, and really value open communication and maintaining a positive household dynamic.

I enjoy cooking, hiking, yoga, reading, dancing, and spending time in nature. Self-care and personal downtime are important parts of my routine, and I try to cultivate a balanced lifestyle. I do occasionally play music at home or work on mixes, so it’s important that roommates are comfortable with some louder music from time to time.

I’m hoping to find creative roommates who are interested in more than just sharing a house. I’d love to live with people who are open to building friendships, sharing meals, making art, gardening, or simply enjoying each other’s company while still respecting personal space and alone time.
