This location comes with a brand-new bathroom and kitchenette, along with two small brand-new bedrooms. In each bedroom, there are twin beds (which can accommodate a full-size bed) and flat-screen TVs. In the kitchenette, there is a brand-new fridge, microwave, and two-burner stove.

About the roomies

I am looking for a nonsmoker, or a single male or female. Or one that feels comfortable smoking outdoors. Students and travel nurses are welcome. To qualify, one would need to provide two of their most recent pay stubs, one reference, and have the deposit and first month’s rent available at the time of move-in.
