Hello! I’m moving to a different city so I’m looking to rent out one private room! This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in Newport Beach. You would share the upstairs bathroom with one other girl. Your bedroom would also be upstairs.

The place is already furnished for the most part which is nice and it’s really cute! There is also a washer, fridge and dryer inside the house which is amazing! It is a 15-minute walk to the beach.

Rent would be $1,000 a month and you also would need to pay a security deposit of $1,000 when moving in. All you need to pay for a month is electricity which is usually about $17/month and wifi is always $14.

The girls are super nice and fun! And definitely could go do things with them. One of the girls is an interior designer and the other girl is a food chemist. They both are 25 - looking for someone around the same age!
