The apartment is a 2 bed 2 bathroom located in North Hollywood on the border of Burbank. There are 2 parking spots for the unit in a gated garage. There’s also central A/C and heating, and a small dishwasher. The room available has a full bathroom en suite and a private balcony that has a nice view of the mountains.
Unfortunately the apartment is not ADA accessible. The building is gated and has coin-op laundry on site. Located in a fairly quiet area and a quick drive from the North Hollywood Metro, Burbank airport, and Disney and Warner Bros Studios.
Rent is $1250 /month. Pets are allowed but require a one time pet fee at move in. There is also a $30 application fee.
