This charming house sits on a quiet dead-end street surrounded by beautiful mature trees and lush greenery. It offers a peaceful, safe atmosphere even though we’re right in the middle of the city. Walgreens, Kroger, Sunoco, and Wendy’s are all literally across the street. The Miami River and scenic bike paths are about 1.5 miles away, downtown is roughly 2 miles, and Brown Street with its many restaurants is only 1 mile away.

You will have your own bathroom connected to your bedroom. There is also a rear balcony connected to your bedroom (see photos). The downstairs, including the kitchen, is all shared space.

Rent is $600. The security deposit is $800. Monthly utilities (gas, electric, water) are $100-200 per person. And if you’d like to use my wifi, it’s only $26 / month. You will be required to pass a background check, which costs $55.

The LEASE IS FOR 6 MONTHS.

I’m a landscaper, i’m easygoing, clean, honest, and quiet. I keep the house tidy and respect shared spaces. I’m looking for a roommate who shares the same qualities. Someone who pays rent on time, stays relatively quiet, and cleans up after themselves will fit in perfectly here.
