The entire home is very organized, very clean, very bright, with lots of windows and lights and breezy fresh air; it is a healthy, toxin-free, green-centric environment. There’s some ocean view from your rooms. All utilities and amenities included.

We are the homeowners, a couple in their 60’s, both retired from technology fields. We are healthy, active, and content. One of us likes breeding flowers (mostly orchid species) and nurturing plants. The other one likes reading, cooking, and working on home DIY projects.
