About the room
FIRST AND FOREMOST: After we meet and we both agree to the move in, you have to be approved by the property management before we can proceed.
I call this “my humble camping abode” not a trailer. The room has a queen size bed (this can be taken out if you’d rather bring your own), a dresser, a closet and a half, two beautiful big windows and a ceiling fan. I have quiet, respectful neighbors all around me, a large yard with plants everywhere and trees everywhere so the property is mostly shaded which is nice in the summertime and beautiful in the winter time. The community I live in is quiet, peaceful, safe and close to walking trails, stores, bayous and parks. The kitchen and living room are free to use but you must pick up after yourself. There is a working washer and dryer in the hallway which you will have to supply your own laundry soap and other needs. I do have allergies so no animals are allowed. No smoking or drinking in or on premises. There are 2 AC window units which keep the house a comfortable temperature.
About the roomies
I now live alone due to my daughter moving out and my dog just passing away. I am a quiet person, but I do like to get to know people, especially if they’re going to be living with me.
