The property is very close to World Golf Village. If you are the right fit and can move in now, I am willing to negotiate rent. I recommend having a vehicle, electric bike, etc. it is NOT within walking distance to anything. This room listing is for the Master Bedroom with a walk in closet. French doors lead from room to bathroom. The room currently has a full size bed, TV stand, and curio type cabinets. There are 2 windows in bedroom and one in bathroom. There are security cameras and motion lights. Motion lights are usually set off by animals. There is a gate at the road for the driveway. Soon the gate will be remote control, within a month. This is by far a new mobile home. I do keep it very clean. There is a washer and dryer. Shared kitchen with fridge and microwave. Very secluded with very few neighbors. The internet is provided by mobile wifi, the only option for this location. Water is well and electricity is included, as long as I see effort to not run the bill up or that will change. About the roomies

There is an enclosure if you have a dog. I currently have one female dog. She is very friendly to people I introduce her to. Keep in mind she is there as a guard dog and should be treated as such. I generally keep to myself, but it would be nice to have someone to drink coffee with in the morning. I prefer male roommate, but I am open to the right female. I am very easy going and laid back. I am up a lot at night. I am very quiet and clean. Showers daily are a must. If you are messy, please keep it to a minimum and in your room only. I don’t tolerate dirty dishes sitting in the sink or laundry piled up at the washer and dryer. I do not drink, I do smoke cigarettes outside.
