PRIVATE ROOM AND BATHROOM - LUXURY APARTMENT IN CIVITA MISSION VALLEY!

The Room: A private room with a private ensuite (in room) bathroom in our large, 2,050 sq. ft. townhome in Mission Valley! There will be me and my other roommate sharing the townhome! (We are on separate floors so it’s actually very rare that I run into my roommates haha, but I’d love to be friends!)

The Apartment: A townhome in the Civita community with ample storage, a private patio/balcony facing the courtyard, central AC, dishwasher, washer & dryer, a loft/gameroom, etc. Private two car garage and tons of guest/street parking. All residents also have access to all Civita amenties including the gym, 3 pools, spa, BBQ area, study lounges, water park, etc. The utilities including electric bill, internet, water, and trash come out to a total of around $400 a month that is split 3 ways (~$150/person). There are 3 beds and 3.5 baths in the townhome. I will be on the same floor (3rd) as the new roommate and my other roommate will be on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor is the living room and the kitchen and we have a huge loft on the 4th floor with a brand new TV where we have movie nights, craft nights, and yoga!

The Location: The apartment is located right across the street from the Marketplace Shopping Center with a Ralph’s, CVS, Starbucks, and a bunch of food. We’re 10 min from the MV Costco and Convoy (99 Ranch, H-Mart, etc).

Roommates: Me! I’m a 29 yo woman working in cybersecurity w/ a background in Bio. I work in the office once a week and the rest from home or cafes. I keep shared spaces, especially the kitchen very clean! I am also a night owl that values peace and quiet during late nights and early mornings. I enjoy socializing and I appreciate having guests over! I have a wide range of hobbies/interests, but my main ones are collecting comic books, crafting (crochet, scrapbooking, etc), concerts, and astronomy!

My other roommate is Caroline! She’s a 28 y.o. woman working in environmental science who works in the office most days of the week! She’s very social and loves to stay active, whether it’s surfing, pilates, yoga, etc. We both LOVE a happy hour and would destroy some espresso martinis.
