Private room available in a spacious 3 bed / 2 bath apartment in prime Palms — one of the most convenient Westside locations in LA. End of August / September 1 move-in.
The apartment features large, open shared living spaces with a bright living room that’s perfect for relaxing, hanging out, or working from home. The layout feels comfortable and social without being chaotic, with plenty of space to spread out.
Located in a highly walkable area close to grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and easy access to the Expo Line. Quick commute to Culver City, Santa Monica, and surrounding Westside neighborhoods.
About the roomies
We’re a small household made up of a couple - Myself Hannah and my boyfriend Alec as well as our close friend Evan. We all work in music, film, and creative spaces, so the apartment naturally has a creative, low-key social energy — think ideas floating around, music playing, and occasional movie nights.
The vibe at home is relaxed, clean, and respectful, but still warm and friendly. We’re not a party house, but we do enjoy hanging out, cooking, and sharing the occasional “what are we watching tonight?” moment.
We’re looking for someone who’s considerate, communicative, and down to be part of a shared home where everyone feels comfortable and at ease. Creative folks are welcome, but more than anything, we’re just looking for a good fit and good energy.
