The room comes fully furnished, and a mattress will be included, making move-in simple and easy. Utilities, appliances, and WiFi are all included in rent.
The home has 2 bathrooms total. The tenant will share a bathroom with only one other person, keeping it comfortable and manageable. There are a total of 2 other roommates in the home.

You will be living with me, a 21-year-old college student, and eventually one additional female roommate (not yet moved in). Iām looking for respectful, clean, and responsible roommates who value a calm and comfortable home environment. Preferably students and/or young adults.
