I’m moving out because I’ll be entering an intensive treatment program for some health issues, so I’m hoping to find someone to take over my room as soon as possible (ideally by June 31st).
This has honestly been a wonderful place to live. The landlords are incredibly friendly, flexible, and responsive. If anything needs repair or maintenance, they usually have someone out within 24 hours after it’s reported.

The roommates are considerate, welcoming, and genuinely fun to live with. It’s the kind of house where you can unexpectedly find yourself sitting around the kitchen at dinner time, chatting with everyone. Currently, all tenants are AFAB, but the house itself is open to anyone.
🛏️ The available room is Unit C: • Medium-sized bedroom • Closet space • Full-sized bed frame, foam mattress topper, and mattress included • Nightstand included • Large wooden dresser included • Hardwood floors • Cool gray walls • Window with safety locks, blinds, and top/bottom opening options
⚠️ Important: • If you move in before the end of June, you will not have to pay June rent or utilities. • You may want to confirm with the landlords, but the security deposit (normally one month’s rent) should be waived, as you’re taking over my lease. • This sublease ONLY runs through July 31st. Another tenant is already scheduled to move into the room on August 1st.
Currently only has working, young adult women. The space is open to all, though (despite age, janitor, religion, etc.) All of the current roommates are highly respectful of common spaces, noise levels, as well as the parking situation. Pet free home.
