π‘ Looking for Someone to Sublease My Room ASAP β 1914 Bonnie Lane π‘
Iβm moving out because Iβll be entering an intensive treatment program for some health issues, so Iβm hoping to find someone to take over my room as soon as possible (ideally by June 31st).
This has honestly been a wonderful place to live. The landlords are incredibly friendly, flexible, and responsive. If anything needs repair or maintenance, they usually have someone out within 24 hours after itβs reported.
A few highlights:
β¨ Rent: $695/month
β¨ Utilities average only $40β60/month/person (as it is split among 6 tenants)
β¨ Utilities include heating, A/C, pest control, and access to two refrigerators, washer/dryer, dishwasher, mailbox in property, back porch, trampoline, outdoor shed, and shared kitchen supplies (pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc.)
β¨ Easy in-and-out access thanks to the location right on the edge of the street
β¨ Co-op style housing that is open to people of all ages, backgrounds, and lifestyles
The roommates are considerate, welcoming, and genuinely fun to live with. Itβs the kind of house where you can unexpectedly find yourself sitting around the kitchen at dinner time, chatting with everyone. Currently, all tenants are AFAB, but the house itself is open to anyone.
ποΈ The available room is Unit C:
β’ Medium-sized bedroom
β’ Closet space
β’ Full-sized bed frame, foam mattress topper, and mattress included
β’ Nightstand included
β’ Large wooden dresser included
β’ Hardwood floors
β’ Cool gray walls
β’ Window with safety locks, blinds, and top/bottom opening options
β οΈ Important:
β’ If you move in before the end of June, you will not have to pay June rent or utilities.
β’ You may want to confirm with the landlords, but the security deposit (normally one monthβs rent) should be waived, as youβre taking over my lease.
β’ This sublease ONLY runs through July 31st. Another tenant is already scheduled to move into the room on August 1st.
