About the room

Hi,

I have a room for rent in Aurora near the intersections of Buckley and East Dartmouth Rd.. It’s on the second floor of an older house in a mostly quiet neighborhood. There is a bus stop down the street and we are within a mile of several grocery stores and lots of other shopping options.

The room is $1000.00 per month and includes electric, water, wi-fi and trash. It’s not perfect, but has potential. The room is a little over 154 square feet, not including the bathroom and closet. The private bathroom is small with a sink, toilet and stand up shower. The room also has a decent sized closet, a ceiling fan and two large windows with built in blinds that take lots of sun in the afternoons. We use a large evaporative cooler to keep the entire home cool in the summer.

This room is available now. I’d like to schedule most viewings in the afternoons or early evenings so please feel free to include times and dates you could swing through to see the home when contacting me.

If this post is up the room is available. I am not interested in any special services or offers. I will only rent to someone who I believe will be happy and comfortable in this home.

About the roomies

I rent a few other rooms in the house and we all share a decent sized kitchen/dining area and backyard. Everyone has their own given day or two a week where they can use the washer and dryer. There are two dogs you will rarely see and a cat you will probably see everyday, once it gets to know you. I don’t want any more dogs in the home, but I may be open to other small pets depending on the situation.

Cigarettes are not ok, but you could smoke in the backyard. Vaping and marijuana are fine inside. The atmosphere in the home is friendly and respectful. Everyone gets along while doing their own thing and respecting each other’s privacy and space.
