Large, furnished master bedroom with a walk in closet in a lovely, remodeled home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood of Pacific Grove. Easy walking distance to Trader Joe’s, grocery stores, restaurants, bus stop. Bathroom is shared with one other person. Fully furnished family room, dining area, kitchen, baby grand piano, full size washer/dryer, fenced backyard with outdoor seating, fire pit, storage. There is a studio on the side of the house, which houses a graduate student who has kitchen privileges. Pets ok with approval. In the photos, there are family pictures on the wall, but those have been removed.

About the roomies

Perfect for a student, military member, or professional. Looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, and communicates well. The current graduate student who is living in the studio is very wonderful and super easy to get along with!
