About the room
My roommate is moving out as he is moving cities for work. The house is in Savin Hill, Dorchester comprised of 3 2 bed + 1 Bath units and is located about a 5-7 min walk from the T Station. We each pay $1300 - $1350 in rent. The bathroom is shared (2 bed + 1Ba) and there is a washer and dryer in the basement shared between the whole home in the house. We do not pay utilities, and I already have Wi-Fi router installed
