The shared room has ceiling curtains for privacy, twin bed, bedding, closet, dresser, shelves, laundry basket, air purifier, lamps, fans, shared table & chair, and all amenities listed below. One month minimum to start, 810/mo.
The private room has a coded door lock for privacy, trundle bed, bedding, closet, dresser, shelves, laundry basket, lamps, fans, table & chair, and all the amenities listed below., Two month minimum to start, 1170/mo.
Access to two shared hall bathrooms included. Access to our fully-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer included. Includes ATT Wi-fi internet, basic utilities and supplies.
Comfortable outdoor courtyard available onsite. City park two blocks away; stores and restaurants nearby. Centrally located nearby highways 805. 163, 52, 15, 8 and 5. Plentiful street parking in nice neighborhood. Easy transit with a bus stop under a mile away that runs directly to the trolley station.
Onsite host is sensitive to smells and animals, so please no smoking or animals.

This house is shared among male working adults and students who are busy with their respective lives, so interactions are friendly and infrequent.
