Located in Happy Valley, it’s a fifteen minute walk to campus with two bus stops nearby. Looking for three roommates, but able to transfer lease over to someone looking for four beds! LGBTQIA+ friendly!

One bedroom upstairs doesn’t have a closet and is $850/month, while the other two downstairs are $900. However I’m flexible with the rent. The lease starts September 9th, but move in date is also flexible if you need sooner or later! It’s a year long lease with option to resign around February. Water, sewage, and landscaping are covered in the rent, but tenants are responsible for electricity and trash.

Dogs and cats are accepted through Landmark as ESA’s, so as long as you register them with Landmark they’re allowed on a case-by-case basis.

It’s a very sweet house with great natural lighting, in unit washer-dryer, dishwasher, and two assigned parking spots (with plenty of excess street parking). Reach out if you’re interested or have any questions!

Hi! I am Cait, I’m a 20 year old student majoring in manufacturing engineering at WWU. I play volleyball, enjoy taking care of plants, and also love playing video games.

I’m a clean roommate and would prefer others to help keep our shared areas clean as well. I would like to be friends with whoever moves in and enjoy an occasional roommate hang out, whether that be a move night or a shared dinner. But I also enjoy my alone time!

I don’t mind having friends over, or even a small party at times, as long as everyone is respectful of the space!
