I own a two bedroom , two full bathroom villa with a one car garage that I park my car in. The driveway is available for a car to park, washer and dryer in garage, it’s about 1,030 sq ft with a screened in patio and backyard. It is one master bedroom with an on suite, that I stay in, and a separate bedroom with a bathroom adjacent to it. Very cozy, dining room , living room and kitchen. It’s in a cul-de-sac in a great neighborhood across from West Boca Medical Center. Neighbors are friendly and quiet.

The room is one bedroom with queen size bed with headboard. Full bathroom adjacent to bedroom. Cable box included. Great location in West Boca. Beautiful pool with playground, tennis courts, racket ball and basketball. Everything is included. We would just share common areas. I take pride in keeping shared areas clean and organized, and I’m looking for a female roommate who is friendly, considerate, and reliable.
