10x10, 100sq ft room with walk-in closet. The kitchen, appliances, and utensils, and cookware are available for your use as well, given you treat them properly. There is a cat here too.

Amenities: You are welcome to use the projector in the living room. There’s an outdoor patio, a small barbecue grill, and two large raised garden beds if you’re interested in gardening.

Area: There is a bus stop about a quarter of a mile from here. The turnpike ramp is about a mile away, so most places in Orlando are about 30-45 minutes away.

I live alone and am relatively quiet. I have a mischievous cat unsurprisingly named Salem. I am reasonably clean, but not meticulous.
