Looking for a new roommate to take over current roommate’s yearly lease starting July 1st. It’s a shared space with a living area and kitchen. 1 bathroom will be shared as well as the shower. It’s located in a great location in Southside Chattanooga just off of Main Street near the Chattanooga Choo Choo. A short walk away from many nice restaurants, local shops, and music venues. $1800 is split three ways between 3 people making it $600 a piece. Utilities are wifi, electric, and water. The water bill is taken care of by one person and we split the other utilities three ways like the rent. They hardly go past $70 or $80 for each utility bill.

There is a $40 application fee if you want to consider the room. Checks criminal background, credit, and eviction history. If approved there is a $600 safety deposit.

Me and my roomate met through work a few years ago and you could describe us on the surface as gamer bros. We keep to ourselves and work throughout the day. Generally normal people.
