Cute townhouse next to a beautiful golf course. It is a 2/1.5 bath. Looking for an older respectful, employed, quiet, and happy person to share the space. The bills are not included but are not much extra. Internet, water, and power is usually only 100$ extra a month. The place stays clean and you must also be a clean person. Any other questions feel free to ask. Its an excellent location with downtown Kennesaw a couple miles away. Full size bed with matress can come with the room if needed.
