We are looking for someone to rent out our extra bedroom in our condo home. The bedroom comes with a bed frame and mattress, a three drawer dresser, and a tv. There is a closet with sliding doors. There are blinds and a blackout curtain as well (If there is anything that comes with the room/bathroom that you don’t want please return to us). In the common area we have living room, dining room and kitchen. The washer and dryer are located in the house in the hallway. The bathroom is detached but private for you. There is also a designated covered parking spot. Our community is gated and has 2 pools and 6 jacuzzi throughout. We are located near trails and views perfect for walking, running, hiking, etc. Just down the hill is a shopping center with a Ralphs, CVS, and a few restaurants. We have close access to the 91 freeway or Serrano which goes down to Orange.

Hi! Our names are Tess (21) and Aidan (24). We are a couple and we moved out together a little over a year ago. We both work 4-5 days a week and are in school. We are definitely a mix of social and homebodies. We have friends over from time to time. We are night owls for sure but love our sleep. Tess is into walking, going to the pool/beach, coffee shops, going to the gym, cooking, watching sports and hanging out with friends. Aidan is into video games, golfing, soccer, watching sports, and hanging out with friends. We respect other’s privacy and downtime. We like to take care of our home and maintain cleanliness. Communication is also very important to us and we would love to have a great communicative relationship with our roommate.
