About the room
Hi, I have a large master bedroom available. As well as a living room/loft. I am self renovating this home. Because of this I would need to schedule kitchen time which you are more than welcome to when you want. Living areas are completely separate from each other. I have two dogs that never have access to the guest area of the house you have your own entrance a refrigerator microwave, and Keurig provided. it is a quiet neighborhood but active. People constantly walking and walking their dogs. Conveniently located on the 120 bus line if you do not have an automobile.
About the roomies
I am 48 female I live alone with my two dogs. Work and travel quite a bit. I need someone moved in quickly so you were in place before I start my traveling. Laundry room right next to bedroom. As I stated, I am doing a home renovation so the house needs love and care. I will take your schedule into consideration when redoing upstairs.
