Available 6/17 - bedroom with walk in closet and shared hallway bath: $750 and shared utilities.

Available 6/25 - Bedroom with shared hallway bath: $700 and shared utilities.

We are located on a quiet dead end street near 140 and Division. The house has a covered patio, driveway access, large yard and washer/dryer. We have plenty of off street parking nestled in a culdisac. There’s a living room space that is open for being furnished and shared by any of the roommates.

You’ll be sharing a house with two vintage loving, slightly nerdy, video game playing, down to earth humans. And occasionally a 4 year old (split custody). There are already 2 cats here so additional pets are not preferred but will be taken into consideration if you’re the right fit.
